Random Gibberish

I don't remember when I wrote this..sometime when I was back home in Gurgaon. Things have changed many fold... Yes, it is again me. Not with a poem, or a prose too for that matter but the mundane day to day stuff. Sometimes, it is so exciting to read or write or even watch a movie which has nothing special to it. Life as it continues, passing every second, with an invisible seconds hand giving a precise reading inside your mind has things to show and experiences to be made. Small events happening play such an important role as one traverses the destined path called life that it gets absolutely mind boggling to even think that they were important at all. Guess the cliche 'A man becomes a man not by greying hair but gaining experience' is after all true. In fact, most cliches seem to be true. I sit in this unforgiving heat in Gurgaon. It has reached a stage where a constant sweat in your head becomes an integral part of you. Sunday, it is. Almost noon. And thankfully, there i...

New Beginnings...

This is a repost from June, 2007. I know why I am doing it, and so do those to whom it should matter... Time to start afresh beckons, Its gleam is brighter than the sun's... It is a call to wilderness, Without prejudice and tardiness... I rush... I move towards it... That is how I will rediscover, And resurrect... Brick by brick... With my own hands... My own world I will erect ...

For you...

Settling of dust As the last speck rests New visions unfold Like a pot of Gold. In those bleary eyes I envisage My dreams yet again I sew them with love and pain. You sprinkle Those cool droplets on my soul Feeding my existence Fading away my penance. On new shores My ship wants to move To withdraw the anchor And immobility too. Voices around Don’t cause a sound A flutter from you Causes feelings renewed. Oh! How I go From the couldrons of my mind For you there Is all that binds.

The Crackled Life...

He folded his hands behind his head and looked up. His eyes were heavy, he felt like closing them but did not. Rather, he just looked up. On that bleakly white board, he could see the tiny water sprinkler staring at him with a red eye in the center. A deep breath escaped him. Shrugging off his laze and sickness, he just got up. Everyone around him, was staring into their computer screens. It was almost a herd like precision, he thought. Other half, the ones he had known were out for a tea break. He simply refused to go when he was asked. Then, he was a part of the herd too. Slowly, he moved out of the glass door with a familiar ting greeting him as he almost unconsciously held is card in front of a funny grey plastic, with a red eye again. It became green for a while. And he liked it. He moved towards the cafeteria, his wallet in his back pocket though he never liked that. A relief took over him on scanning the entire cafeteria, neither of them was there. He was spared awkward silly ...

Patching my Hut...

a few patches remain and then my hut will be ready i have built it stronger this time i guess it will sustain but that does not mean that i would be expecting storms to test it through no i would not want that as it had seen enough the previous time it was rough oh i so hope that those patches i cement before anything happens [just in case] and i work arduously to finish the job coz it is to be done and i work hard but i simultaneously hope too as hope is a good thing even though i do not think that it would matter much as what is to happen will happen but i do have that hope that my patches would be patched pretty soon pretty soon.

Just a fact...

I suddenly remembered, that I used to like facts. Never remembered many though, but I used to like them. So, it is kind of an acceptance of this very fact, he he, that I write here. Here is a fact : Test Match between India and South Africa. Rahul Dravid was on crease for 400 minutes and scored 111 runs. Virender Senwag was on crease of 539 minutes and scored 319 runs. I would say, yay! Rahul Dravid is back! he is playing as sturdy and slow as he used to in his prime days..lol. OK, enough.
